Pilar de la Horadada is a municipality in the province of Alicante, Valencian Community. It is located in the very south of the province, in the Vega Baja del Segura region, adjacent to the Murcia region and the southernmost municipality of Valencia, located 1.5 km from the coast.
Despite the fact that the municipality is relatively young, for more than twenty years of activity as an independent municipality, projects have been implemented to provide the city with the necessary services.
