Description

We present for your attention a new luxury complex of villas “Santa Rosalia Mediterranean Homes”, a project included in the more global project “Santa Rosalia”, in the small town of Torre Pacheco – a municipality in Spain, part of the province of Murcia as part of the autonomous community of Murcia on the Costa Calida.

“Santa Rosalia” is a delightful “oasis” – “town” located in the small village of Torre Pacheco, next to the best golf courses and the beaches of Los Alcazares. “Santa Rosalia” is located inside the “triangle” formed by the golf courses “Roda”, “Mar Menor” and “Los Alcazares”. This is a new project – new realities of life. “City” in the city.

“Santa Rosalia” includes a huge territory with buildings of various types, its own lake with purified water, a network of swimming pools and playgrounds, its own, independent infrastructure: supermarkets, bars, banks, 24-hour pharmacies, a post office, as well as an excellent restaurant “La Almazara” and etc.

We present for your attention a stunning complex of modern functional villas, located right here, surrounded by 700.000 m2 of ecologically clean area, which has absorbed all the beauty of the Murcia region: nature reserves, natural parks, mountains, etc.

The territory allotted for the construction of 14 modern villas “Grosa” occupies about 124.000 m2 – green areas, among which playgrounds, gardens and parks are built. This site has several pools and sun loungers around the perimeter.

Phase 1 includes 14 two-storey villas – “GROSA”, each of which has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Phase 2 “ELBA” includes 24 villas. Both phases have approximately the same typology. However, since the first phase will be completed in the second half of 2023, and the second, respectively, later, the future owners will have the opportunity to come to the place, personally see the territory, choose a suitable plot of land for them: central or corner location, size of the plot, its position relative to the sun, etc. And then, as the construction proceeds, after coordinating your desires with competent designers and architects, you can make changes to the plans.

As a result, a team of architects, developers and designers is dedicated to creating your “Dream Home” in a privileged area of Spain’s sunniest coastline.

On the ground floor of the villas there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace to the pool, where you can sunbathe, enjoy the peace and tranquility that this area gives, receive positive emotions from the sun that shines here for almost 320 days a year. The second floor includes bedrooms with access to the terrace. And having climbed the stairs, you get to the roof, where there is a solarium with an equipped terrace for relaxation. From the terrace you can enjoy the beauty of the infrastructure residence “Santa Rosalia”, stunning sunrises and sunsets in multi-colored tones.

Villas are built using the latest technology and environmentally friendly materials. The main material for the interior decoration was chosen – wood, which automatically assigns the house the style of “Modern” – functional, multifaceted, elite.

The houses have both central and corner positions. Depending on the position of the house, the terraces face either the southeast or the east side. However, in one case or another, the villas are perfectly lit through the large panoramic patio doors, which helps to save electricity throughout the year.

The house has modern systems installed to save both electricity and water consumption, which will significantly reduce the funds of the future owners of the house to pay bills.

– Plot areas vary (from 211.54 m2 to 301.04 m2).

– Living areas of the houses are 205 m2 and 221.97 m2.

– Terrace areas are 18.5 m2 and 35.6 m2.

Description of the location

The famous Spanish region of Costa Calida is located on the Mediterranean coast. The length of the coastline of this resort is 250 kilometers. Costa Calida has a special untouched beauty. To the south you will find golden beaches and rocky shores, and to the north you will find the marvel of nature, the Mar Menor. This is a unique natural lagoon, separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a narrow sandy spit La - Manga - Mar - Menor. Although the name "Costa Calida" is translated from Spanish as "hot coast", the climate here is quite comfortable for living, not very hot in summer and not very cold in winter. That is why residents of countries such as Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, England and Russia prefer to buy real estate here.

Torre Pacheco is a municipality in the region of Murcia with more than 30,000 inhabitants according to government statistics. Since the end of the 20th century, Torre Pacheco entered a period of great modernization, starting to build luxury housing, and thus betting on attracting a large number of tourists with high solvency to the city. For new urbanizations, an infrastructure was specially created from prestigious bungalows and individual houses, which included not only the usual service, consisting of restaurants and supermarkets, but also, the main "highlight" - golf courses, since recently this sport has become very popular and has a great success not only among professionals, but also among "amateurs".

This is an ideal country village (with its own architecture and history) to live with the family, away from the noisy city, congested traffic, etc. This is a quiet and cozy place where there is everything for a comfortable life. Torre Pacheco is part of the youngest, at the moment, education - Los Alcazares.

Los Alcazares is a small, comfortable and cozy resort town on the Costa Calida, located on the shores of the Mar Menor Lagoon. The population is approximately 15.674 inhabitants. The city attracts connoisseurs of measured rest away from noisy crowds and is especially good for families with children and elderly relatives.

The coast of Los Alcazares is famous for its fine golden sand. Since the city is distant from the Mediterranean Sea by the La Manga arm, the water here is very quiet and warm, there are no strong waves, and the coastline is quite wide. But you can also swim from the side of the Mediterranean Sea - the water there will be a couple of degrees cooler, but you will discover many active water activities: surfing, diving, fishing, etc. Among the popular beaches of the city, well equipped: with playgrounds for children, bars, cafes and restaurants serving gourmet Mediterranean cuisine - Paseo del Espejo, Las Palmeras, Passeo Carrión, Los Narejos, Paseo de Manzanares and others.

However, this city is famous not only for its beaches and sea activities. 20 km from the city is the city of Cartagena, rich in its history and architecture, which is also known for its shipyards and maritime museums. Also near Los Alcazares there are several stunningly beautiful nature reserves of volcanic origin, where you can admire panoramic views of the surroundings from the crater of an extinct volcano and visit Lake El Carmoli with its rare flora and fauna of the marshland.

Another historically rich region is the city of Murcia.

Murcia is the capital of the province of the same name. This city is located 30 km from the Costa Calida.

The Cathedral (Catedral de Murcia) is the main attraction of Murcia, which traditionally represents the center of the old part of the city. This magnificent building was built over almost four hundred years, so if you look closely at the architectural design of the cathedral, you can see different styles of those times - from Gothic to Baroque. Another of the most popular and visited historical places is the Salcillo Museum, which was opened in honor of the brilliant sculptor. Here are collected the brilliant works of the master, which appeared in the 18th century.

During the Middle Ages, many fortifications were erected in Murcia. A vivid reminder of those times is the castle of Monteagudo located on a hilltop. The very first fortification in its place was built over a thousand years ago.

Moving away from historical buildings, Murcia has a natural reserve “Terra Natura”, a walk through which will allow travelers to fully appreciate the diversity of local flora and fauna. A small zoo has been opened in the reserve, which is distinguished by an interesting design of enclosures. Nearby is a water park, so at any time visitors can leave the tropical thickets and go to try out a variety of water attractions.

There is another interesting aquarium in the city that is worth visiting with children - "Centro de Interpretacion del Mar CIMAR". It has an original design, this aquarium was opened in a beautiful yacht. During the tour, visitors are told about the most unusual marine life, as well as how pearls are formed and how they are mined.
