The villas and bungalows are located in a city in southeastern Spain, in the region and province of Murcia. The municipality is part of the Alto Guadalentín region. Located on the Sangonera river.

How to get there:
From Murcia International Airport to the city of Lorca you can take the RM – 2 and A – 7 motorways (70 km), the journey takes approximately 52 minutes by car. You can also choose two other routes: the A – 7 (84 km), in about 1 hour by car or RM – 3 and A – 7 (71 km), in 59 minutes. From Alicante international airport you can get there by the A – 7 (136 km) – 1 hour 28 minutes.
By the same roads you can reach important cities such as Valencia, Cartagena and Benidorm.

Lorca is called the "city of the sun" due to the prevalence of sunny days a year and the minimal rainfall. Here the winters are mild and the summers hot.
The area is conventionally divided into new and old parts. Here you will see many historical sites that have survived from various eras.
The city has more than a dozen historical monuments. They all embody the spirit of the Spanish age of antiquity and the Middle Ages.
In addition, the old town of Lorca together with the castle was declared a historic artistic center in 1964.
The most significant architectural monuments of the city are:
- The Castle of Lorca is the main symbol of the city. Built in the 10th-16th centuries, it embodies a mixture of Muslim and medieval Christian Gothic architecture. The old Jewish quarter and the synagogue are preserved here.
- Plaza de España is the historic center of the city. It houses the City Hall and the Collegiate Church of San Patricio.
- The Monastery of San Patricio is the most significant religious building in the city. In 1941 it was declared an artistic and historical monument of the city.
- City Hall. The building, built in the 17th century, originally served as a royal prison for Alonso Ruiz de la Jara.
- Column of Miliarius: the building of the Roman militia from the 1st century BC, located in one of the main pedestrian streets of the Historic District.
- The Monastery of the Virgen de las Huertas is a Franciscan monastery built in the 16th-18th centuries, in whose depths the remains of a Muslim palace were discovered.
- Monumental complex of Santo Domingo. Built by the Dominicans in 1561. It is the seat of the head of Nuestra Señora de la Cofradía de Paso Blanco.
- Church of San Francisco. Built in the 16th century. It has a classical facade and interior with baroque altars.
Holiday events are held on a grand scale, with an abundance of bright colors and spectacular performances. The main and most spectacular festival in Lorca is Easter. It is a colorful procession of various religious brotherhoods, whose representatives dress in different colors of clothing (blue, white, purple, black), with individual historical symbols.
Also interesting is the Lorkas fair, where Lorca's national dishes are served, music concerts, exhibitions and bullfights are organized. Held in the last 10 days of September.
The festivities in honor of the city's patrons - Virgen de las Huertas and Sana Clemente are also popular in Lorca.
A characteristic of Lorca, like the nearby city of Murcia, is that the city moves away from the Mediterranean coast towards the interior of the peninsula. The sea influences the climate: in summer it is quite hot here, the temperature reaches + 35 ° C, sometimes even higher, so you can get the same spectacular tan here, as movie actors.
