It consist of open kitchen/lounge, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
From the 37 m2 kitchen/lunge is access to the 30 m2 terrace. All 3 bedrooms got build in wardrobes, the master one also got en-suite bathroom.
Both the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms got glass doors to the 30 m2 terrace.
From the corridor there are staircase to the 57 m2 solarium which has got fantastic views in all directions
The development is only approx 1500 m from beach and old town Los Alcazares, which lovely restaurants, bar, shows, marina and the 4 km long beach promenade to Los Narejos.
